Why we do, what we do?
In 2019, a small group of friends in varied careers asked ourselves, ‘Why do we do, what we do’? Was it because of pure interest; or was it because of our ability, peer pressure, family, or just mark sheets that dictated what we had decided to call a Career? For most of us, it was little to do with interest and more to do with everything else. That question changed everything. Perhaps it was too late to go back in time for ourselves, but we saw an opportunity to ensure that succeeding generations had a convincing answer to the question, ‘Why do we do, what we do?’ to have a happy and fulfilling career in their life.
Therefore, Career Buddy was born out of an audacious dream to help students and professionals to be better equipped to make a career choice they enjoy pursuing and offer customised career solutions for every career need at different stages of their career that are unique to each individual for their career success.

During this period, he found out that majority of the people did not have a very convincing answer of ‘Why do they do, what they do?’ and lacked career direction. This led him to found Career-Buddy with the ambition of making the next generation better equipped to make a career choice they enjoy pursuing, be better skilled, and more employable.
Prashant is an MBA, Certified Career Coach from ICF (USA), Employability expert, and author of an upcoming book “Be the CEO of your Career” with 15+ Years of experience in service operation, Credit & Risk management, Fraud management, Master data management, Billing & Payment Operation, and Donor management in varied roles and responsibility.
Prashant has dedicated himself towards the mission of “Right career choice, for the right person, at the right time”.
